Begin the summer holidays with our fun suitable for all Play and Learn Coaching Day, led by our internationally titled coaches. This one‑day event combines high‑quality coaching, structured learning and plenty of fun competitive games. Whether your child is new to tournaments or already a regular on the Kent — or even national scene, the day is designed to build confidence, sharpen skills and help take their chess to the next level. Includes a special Master Class for our highest rated attendees.
Running from 11am to 4pm at Hayes Village Hall, the Coaching Day offers five hours of engaging chess activity in a friendly, supportive environment. With a capacity of 70 places and a great value price of £30, we expect strong demand. Early booking is recommended to secure a place.

About the Venue

Hayes Village Hall is located on Hayes Street, Bromley, BR2 7LE. There is free parking a short walk away on George Lane and surrounding roads. The venue is a ten‑minute walk from Hayes Station, or a twenty‑minute bus ride from Bromley South or Orpington Station. We have booked the entire premises, and there will be a separate room available for parents and for children during break times. Packed lunches are advisable. There are also shops and cafes just opposite the Village Hall and tea and coffee making facilities should be available on site.

Please note standard KJCA rules apply. Parents must ensure that either they or another designated guardian is responsible for their child when not in the lesson.
